ZIPPER CNC-11LZ

Designed and Built in North America, the CNC-11LZ Zipper features a PATENTED Automatic Compensating Knurling and Crimping System to insure maximum shear strength. Unlike other systems the require multiple machines for knurling, insertion, and crimping, the Zipper combines all three processes into one machine - saving valuable floor space, cutting labor requirements, and reducing cycle times. Innovative servo positioned tooling aligns the profiles for assembly and virtually eliminates scrap from the set up and changeover process.
